We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Only unopened and sealed products in their original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt, are eligible for return. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used food products cannot be returned. Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing original labels or packaging are strictly non-returnable.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@alhadiyadelights.com or via WhatsApp at 0300 123 4567, providing your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product where applicable. Our team usually responds within 24 to 48 hours with approval and return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or with torn or broken packaging, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Do not discard the damaged product or its packaging until your claim is fully resolved. In such cases, you may choose either a full replacement at no additional cost or a complete refund to your original payment method.

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no extra charge. However, the return shipping cost for the incorrect item will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you believe the product quality is not as expected, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must remain unopened and sealed. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation, and photos if applicable. Depending on the case, we will offer either a replacement with a fresh product or a full refund.

For damaged, spoiled, wrong items, quality issues, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or replacements are processed only after we receive the returned item. Products returned due to quality concerns or change of mind must be unopened and in original condition. We do not charge any restocking fees for valid returns.

All approved returns are handled by Alhadiya Delights – Returns Department, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. The exact return address will be shared after approval. Items sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued via JazzCash or Bank Transfer within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For damaged or wrong items, the full product price is refunded. For quality issues or change-of-mind returns, the refund amount equals the product price minus the return shipping cost paid by the customer. If your refund does not appear within 10 business days of confirmation, please contact us.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Once a food product seal is broken or packaging is opened, returns are not accepted under any circumstances due to health and safety requirements. All claims for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items must include photographic evidence. Every return must be approved by our team in advance; unapproved returns will not be refunded.
