Shipping Policy

At Alhadiya Delights, we are committed to delivering pure, organic goodness from earth to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

We currently ship across all of Pakistan, ensuring that our products reach customers in every region of the country. Shipping charges are based on weight. For orders below one kilogram, the shipping cost is PKR 200, while orders above one kilogram are charged PKR 250. Shipping charges are calculated per order and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. In most cases, the total delivery time from order placement is 4 to 6 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PKT are processed on the next business day. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or Eid periods. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are shipped via Pakistan Post or PostEx, depending on service availability and destination. Each order is carefully packaged to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. Protective materials are used to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition.

Tracking is provided for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, which can be used to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s tracking system. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. Orders are delivered to your doorstep or a designated safe location as coordinated with the delivery carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. To arrange reshipment, please contact us at info@alhadiyadelights.com or WhatsApp 0300 123 4567.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work to locate your package. If a shipment is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.

If your order arrives with items damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email info@alhadiyadelights.com or WhatsApp 0300 123 4567 with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Based on your preference, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
